The problem we fix
Most organisations already have the data they need. It sits in finance, sales and operations systems, in exports and in spreadsheets, and someone spends days each month stitching it together by hand.
Each team ends up with its own version of the same figure, meetings turn into arguments about whose number is right, and the dashboards that were meant to fix it go unopened.
Who it’s for
- Teams that spend days each month building reports by hand
- Leadership teams that get different figures from different departments
- Organisations that bought a reporting tool but still work from spreadsheets
- Growing businesses whose spreadsheets have become slow and fragile
How a project runs
Review
We look at the reports you produce today, where the data comes from and which decisions depend on it.
Agree the definitions
We work with the people who use the numbers to write down exactly what each key figure means.
Build
We build a data model connected to your systems, and dashboards designed around the questions each team asks.
Automate and hand over
Reports refresh on a schedule, and your team gets documentation and training to run them.
What you end up with
- One agreed definition for each key figure, written down
- A data model connected directly to your systems
- Dashboards built for the decisions each team makes
- Reports that refresh automatically, with no copying and pasting
- Documentation and training so your team can maintain it

What’s the difference between data analytics and business intelligence?
Business intelligence (BI) is the day-to-day reporting: the dashboards and regular reports that show how the organisation is doing. Data analytics goes further, digging into the data to explain why something happened or what is likely to happen next. Most projects need both.
Do we need to buy new software?
Not necessarily. We start with the systems you already have and only recommend something new when it clearly pays for itself. You’ll see the costs and the alternatives before you decide.
How long does a reporting project take?
It depends on how many data sources and reports are involved. A project focused on one important report is much quicker than a full set of dashboards across several teams. The written proposal gives you a timeline before any work starts.
Can you work alongside our own analysts or IT team?
Yes. We can work with your team and hand over everything we build, with documentation, so they can maintain and extend it.

Why your teams report different numbers, and how to fix it
When sales, finance and operations each bring their own figure to the same meeting, the problem is rarely the maths. It is usually the definitions.

Spreadsheets are a fine place to start. These are the signs it is time to move your regular reporting onto something sturdier.
